There is a ton of information out there on Youtube and Facebook Expats groups.
Some good, most of it inaccurate or just plain false.
My only advice is to make your own life. What works for someone else may not work for you or your family.
Following their advice could lead you down the wrong path you don’t want to go on.
If you are smart enough to move all the way to Thailand, you are smart enough to make your own decisions and to figure out whose advice you can trust and whose not to.
You can weed through the 100’s of opinions to get the 2 or 3 that will actually help you out.
It is extremely hard to move to Thailand on the first shot and to understand exactly what is you want, before you have had a chance to tour around and see the different parts of the country.
A good suggestion is to make a trip first or if you must move, temporarily rent a place until you have time to investigate the location and/or country for your final destination.
The key is to make your own life, make your own decisions what will be best for you the rest of your life in Thailand.
