Thai people are willing to negotiate with other Thai’s if they are trying to sell their land, however once they know a foreigner is involved, they will usually stand fast or increase their asking price.
We are looking for some land and I never let my husband go with me, I go with my father and brother.

Land prices are often offered with no appraisal or value, for whatever the owner wants to get from selling their land.
