There are so many people on social medial misinformed and spreading false information about living in Thailand that it makes me sick to the point that I did not follow or subscribe to anyone.
I am amazed how anyone that wants to live in Thailand can get accurate information.
When challenged, foreigners will continue to lie and lie and lie to support their story.
I suggest if you want to find the facts, go straight to the Thailand government websites and do the research yourself.
And no, as a foreigner, you CANNOT own land unless you go through a ton of paperwork and have it under a registered company.
