If you plan to retire or move to Thailand for the rest of your life, it would be thoughtful to have a plan how to financially take care of your family after you are gone.
I feel sorry for the Thai wives and families that are left behind after an expat death with nothing.
We can argue all day long, but to me, this is not right.
I am thankful my husband has everything planned out 100% and he has always planned for us after he is gone.
Before moving to Thailand, you should give this some serious thought, if you care about your love ones.
Whether through real estate, savings, investments or life insurance, loved ones should be taken care of.
Once again I am reminded through a death, what happens to the family when there is no plan in place.
It is very cruel to do that to anyone you loved.
When planning to move to another country, always have a plan for yourself and your family should you/they ever need it.
This is the responsible thing to do.
