Thailand is one of the few places you can travel where the majority of the people will eat hot food even when it is super hot and humid outside.
It is part of our culture and although many foreigners prefer to dine in the air conditioning, a person tends to get use to eating outside or in open air restaurants.
A cold beer and plenty of ice water makes the experience a bit more pleasant.
It is also beneficial to have a cool clothe to wipe down your face.
