First off, Thailand is NOT like the rest of the world when it comes to travel reviews.
Thai’s take serious personal offense to any negative reviews whether their business deserved it or not.
Thai’s use defamation laws to rigorously defend their business reputation and will spend on lawyers versus fixing the original complaints.
Right or wrong, it is BEST NOT to leave negative reviews in Thailand, even when deserving.
Foreigners are still guests here and business owners will flex their influence if you perceive to cause them any financial harm.
