Anytime around 4 to 5 PM in Pattaya on Beach Road, you will find a plethora of lovely ladies.
I am pretty sure for any single expats looking for a date, this may be a good place to do some eye shopping.
One issue I have, is when walking around, I noticed many of these girls are excessively tied to their mobile phones taking selfies of themselves.
They may not have the attention to even pay attention to those around them.
However, if you should see someone you like, try to the direct approach.
Walk right up to them and ask.
The worst that can happen is a firm NO or a laugh.
