CNN crew, including Australian reporter Anna Coren, 47, and British cameraman Daniel Hodge, 34, apologized to the Thai people and the country for their news coverage of the mass killing at the nursery in Thailand’s Nong Bua Lamphu province.
The public was outraged by CNN’s graphic broadcasts from the nursery, and Thai media outlets accused them of breaking journalistic standards.
While the pair wai’d to the camera for forgiveness, CNN exectutive Mike Mcarthy was still trying to spin the store that the pair had approval from health officials.
Reading McCarthy’s response, it comes off as arrogant and irresponsible.
There is no such thing as good faith entering a crime scene such as this and McCarthy is only trying to spin a story for profit.
CNN show no compassion or respect for the families.
CNN should be fined heavily for their actions.
