Thai People – Most Thai people are super friendly towards foreigners
Domestic Travel – Thailand as cities, mountains, beaches, plains and tons of attractions.
Medical – Thailand has a healthcare system that is ranked one of the best in the world.
Dental – Thailand has a very low dental care, ranked one of the best in the world.
Public Transportation – Bangkok has BTS, MRT, taxis everywhere. Grab and other ride sharing.
Gender Equality – No matter what your choice, they all mesh together with no hate.
Thai Food – Abundance of Thai food and local/night markets everywhere.
Safety – Thailand is relatively safe if you keep your wits and common sense
CON’s
Language Barrier – If you cannot speak Thai, it is very easy to get flustered and stressed
Dual Pricing – Whether you have live here 1 year or 30, as a foreigner you will pay a much higher price
Road Safety – Very dangerous unskilled Drivers. You have to be on the defensive all the time. Serious lack of anyone following road rules. Outrageous traffic.
Air Pollution – Cities and other places with deadly high pollutions rates
Extreme Weather – Super hot and humid. Annual flooding to extreme droughts.
No Equal Rights – Foreigners cannot own land here in their own name.
VISA – VISA’s have to be renewed annually and it can be a hassle.
SCAM’s – Many scams targeting foreigners.
Inequality of the Law – The law can be applied unequally depending on the power and money of the person involved.
Government – Each government has their own agenda’s and there is a lot of reversing policies from the previous government.
