A Thai festival called “Phi Ta Kon”. It’s celebrated in the North East area of Thailand called Isan, in a small district Dan Sai located in Loei province.
During 3 days of celebration the streets of the town are filled with people wearing masks of ghosts, spirits and other creepy creatures.
It is one of those festivals unique to Thailand and you really must see it in person to understand all the really wild and cool things you will see.
