No Magic Pill

Thailand is no magic pill, life simply has to continue on.

Like any country in the world, over time, countries can become stale and boring.

When you have seen and done it all, or don’t have the money to see and do it all, life still has to go on.

No matter what you are thinking, moving to Thailand will NOT change that.

Thailand is not a magic pill that cures life.

Moving to Thailand might be new and exciting the first couple of years, then life sets in.

The main question is whether or not you will have the money to live the kind of life where you won’t get bored.

I can tell you if you move to Thailand and have to work for your income, you are going to find out this isn’t quite the fabulous place you first thought.

Working with your own people in your own country is hard enough. Imagine working with Thai people and all the language barriers?

It costs a lot to maintain yourself over the course of a lifetime of 70 to 90+ years.

Moving to Thailand, you better have a plan how to financially sustain yourself for your entire life.

If you think moving to Thailand and think barely financially surviving is the answer, you are in for a rude awakening.

Many expats have been forced home after 10 years due to lack of finances.

It is not just Thailand, it is any country in the world.

Life cost money, you have to pay to stay alive. Simple!

Thai women have expectations. Do you want to move for a wife or girlfriend?

Better bet she will have some idea that being with a foreigner is going to increase her quality of life. Can you afford the house, the car, the kids? This is real life in Thailand as well as any country in the world.

Thailand quality of life revolves around money.

When you find out living in Thailand on a budget isn’t even close to the same holiday experience, you realize right away that just because you are in Thailand didn’t magically change your life.

Having a guaranteed income or retirement is the only way to have peace of mind to be able to stay here.

If Artificial Intelligence ever phases out Youtube, there will be 10,000’s of young people packing it in for home.

Thailand is no magic pill.

Moving here is the start of the next chapter of your life’s new problems.
