We are no strangers to eating alligator, as many restaurants in the USA in Florida, where we own a home, serve alligator.
Alligator is usually deep fried and served as alligators bites.
With cajon seasonings, it is quite delicious.
Have not tried this shop, however, question why they need an alligator carcass hanging there?
Not even sure how this is prepared? I might try a free sample, otherwise would be hesitant since Khao San Road is far, far away from where you would find any alligators!
