When you firs look at this housing, you would assume very poor people live here.
Quite the contrary.
This block is home to many of the everyday food vendors you see in Chinatown.
Many of these families are very wealthy, although you would never know it from where they live.
The same customs and living styles they had in China are replicated in Chinatown.
Flashy housing is not something these vendors live for.
They live to work hard everyday and save, save, save.
Quite an example in a different kind of wealth many of us would never understand.
