Don’t give advice or consider yourself a Thailand expert if you have never lived here.
Plain and simple.
You will never know or understand how Thailand remotely works or what it takes to financially survive here unless you have lived here.
The last thing I would do is listen to advice from any foreigner that has never lived here.
Although many will claim, “I have been to Thailand 100 times”, they still don’t have a clue what it takes to live here year in and year out.
You are putting the accuracy of any decision making that you may undertake at risk by listening to people that have never lived here.
If you plan on living in Thailand, compare apples to apples from people that actually live in Thailand and have first hand knowledge.
