77kaoded reported on the upcoming opening of a major new tourist attraction being opened by the people who brought Phuket Fantasy to the southern Thai island of Phuket.
The night time theme park called “Carnival Magic – The Magic Kingdom of Lights” will open in three weeks on September 20th.
It has cost 6.6 billion baht and spans 100 rai of land and has a Thai cultural theme and is the only place of its kind in the world, enthused Phuket Fantasy general manager Kittikorn Khiwkhacha at a promo event.

Across several zones there are a total of 40 million lights.
There is a funfair, shopping and a buffet for 3,000 diners among the many other attractions.

Attractions with names like “Happiness Falls”, “Barge of Happiness”, “River of Bliss Luxury Restaurant”, “Bird of Paradise” buffets “River of Lights” as well as a Virtual Reality area are hoped to attract both Thai and foreign tourists to the park.
They will be fed on 100s of menu items with western and eastern dishes as well as Indian food and vegetarian and Halal options.
