If you do not have a guaranteed income, stay home and forget about moving to Thailand.
Thailand is not as cheap as social media makes it out to be.
Living in Thailand is no different than living in your own country.
It takes money for housing, food, transportation, mobile phones, insurance and everything else in life that you pay for in your own country.
There is also the cost of visa’s and for young people, you have 2 choices.
Elite VISA which is super expensive or LTR visa if you can meet the qualifications of a professional earning US $80k a year online.
Other than that, you risk having to doing border runs, which runs up the cost, until which time as you run out of options.
Without a long term visa option you should NOT be here, although many expat Youtubers are skirting the rules. (No way to live your life if you are not here legally).
Why technically you could get a low paying job teaching English, you will barely make enough money to survive here.
The bad news is every year you work, you are not saving enough for your future or retirement.
So with no guaranteed income to live at a high standard, it is best you do not think about moving to Thailand full time.
