I was just reading a post where a young expat Isaan Youtuber, who just had twin babies, had his wife die.
She was not feeling well, went to the hospital and passed away. She was in her 20’s.
No previous illness.
This is the saddest story ever.
She had a successful online business and was the one bringing in the money selling products on livestream.
He was not working.
Living in very rural Isaan, he is now challenged with 2 new babies, in an area where he cannot speak the language or communicate with her family.
The sudden shock of all this has left him unable to think clearly.
Besides a funeral, he will have to get a new visa, and find a job to support his family or else make plans to go back to his home in Australia.
I just cannot image the shock he must be in right now as his life is turned upside down.
A solemn reminder that anything can go terribly wrong in life.
With no language skills or income, he will likely only find work as a low paid English teacher.
In that region < US $1,000 a month, which he has stated is not enough to pay for his car or expenses.
A horrible, horrible situation to be in with many needs and no income.
Perhaps it would be best to go back home where his family can assist and he can start to rebuild his life.
