There is a huge amount of uneducated and unknowledgeable expats living in Thailand.
There is a ton of misinformation about Thailand on these groups.
What ever their experiences, they are NOT your experiences.
Do NOT listen or trust this advice no matter what or you will regret it.
I believe the majority of the expats that have moved to Thailand and made a normal life for themselves and their families do not post on social media.
The others that do, you have to question why? Do they need subscribers for income? Do they need to make themselves feel better than others? Who knows?
It is best to avoid following any advice on social media.
