In cities such as Bangkok, you will often come across small children roaming the streets begging or trying to sell flowers.
It is apparent to the authorities these small kids are being trafficked by their poor parents to bring in money for the family.
I can tell you it is a real tear-jerker to see this in person.
Some of these kids are quite adorable and have no idea the dire situation they are in.
I would suspect none are going to school.
Handing these kids money is not a good idea as that money will be taken away when they get back home.
For me personally, if I am near any kind of food stand, I will buy them something to eat and drink.
It should be against the law to do this to these poor kids, but this is a fact of life in Thailand.
