Drivers license, insurance, dental, medical, bank accounts can all be a challenge.
Taking care of all the break-down issues associated with living in your own place. Electric going out, water going out, internet, paying monthly bills and who to call to get something fixed.
Even where to get a motorbike flat tire changed.
Having the income to qualify for a proper visa and having enough money each month to live like a normal person in their own country, not an expat skint.
So many expats give advice and never have even lived in Thailand.
