You Are What You Eat

As you get older, you really are what you eat. If you want to remain healthy and active over age 65, serious diet changes and exercise are a must.

I was told to walk 2 miles a day, 5 times per week.

I was also told to pay strict attention to a healthy diet.

For me, that means as close to zero carbohydrates per meal.

No sugar, flour, rice, white bread or anything else with carbohydrates in it.

Also not eating until at least 16 hours have passed since my last meal.

I do not like to eat later than 5 PM.

Senior vitamins and supplements. Natural tea’s from exotic fruit tree leaves everyday.

All this attention to health details has kept me slim and active.

Eating zero carbs is very boring, however, you get use to it.

People see me and when they find out how old I am, they cannot believe it.

A real testimony to living a healthy lifestyle.

If you want to grow old and not have ALL the aches and pains associated with old age, you will be surprised that cutting carbohydrates out of your diet will make you feel at least 20 years younger.
